Launching Young Men and Women Into the World for Christ
For over 40 years, Westminster has been partnering with parents to provide a Christ-centered education that produces faith-rooted and life-ready graduates.
The mission of Westminster Christian School is to advance a loving, transformational, and excellent culture as we launch young men and women into the world for Christ.
God calls us to love one another, as He loves each one of us personally. Westminster’s goal is that our faculty and staff are an extension of God’s love. Every child is created, known, and loved by God. Therefore, Westminster strives to develop a culture where every student feels loved, known, and cared for as a child of God.
Westminster’s desire is to please and honor God by giving Him our best in all that we do. As a school, we strive to provide excellent programming for our students including academics, athletics, and fine arts. Westminster challenges your children to be their best as people, students, athletes, and performers all for the glory of God. Ultimately, Westminster pursues excellence in all things to glorify God, inspire growth in Him, and encourage the faithful advancement of His Kingdom.
Westminster believes that through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can be transformed to be more like Jesus each day. Westminster intentionally structures an environment that provides and promotes discipleship opportunities for our students, leading to transformed minds and hearts for Jesus.
Westminster stands firmly upon Biblical truth. Whether it is pre-k or grade 12, every lesson is taught through the lens of a Biblical worldview and centered on Jesus Christ, our Savior and King. Ultimately, everything we do points students back to Jesus whether it is in the classroom, on the field, or on stage.
Statement of Faith
We acknowledge there are essential beliefs that every Christ-follower must share. Our Statement of Faith must be affirmed by Westminster Christian School parents and staff.
Westminster’s culture is most often described as a family – a second home. Our culture is unique because it is built on partnership.
It’s becoming rare for schools to partner with parents and donors. At Westminster, it’s the opposite. We invite parents to participate in their children’s educations. We invite donors into the exciting things we’re doing at the school. These partnerships ensure a loving, excellent, and transformational school experience for students.
At Westminster, we strive to serve and love our families well.
We ensure that our policies support our students, parents, donors, alumni, teachers, and administration. By keeping our people at the center of our decision-making processes, we can truly state we are a partner in launching faith-rooted, life-ready adults into the world for Christ.
