Visual Arts at every age
Elementary
Beginning in preschool, students participate in art classes weekly, where they will be introduced to the fundamental elements and principles of design within each project planned. Various mediums and techniques will be explored in creating art that is aesthetically pleasing and God-honoring.
Middle School
Middle School students begin to explore and develop artistic methods to visually communicate. Through a studio experience, we help our students explore their gifts and build on their skills, introducing new mediums as they continue to grow. Middle school students are offered the opportunity to showcase their work at our Fine Arts Nights, which is a learning opportunity for students in regard to performance and artist etiquette, as students display and perform art for the Glory of God.
High School
In high school, students can flourish through Visual Art courses in Graphic Design, Photography, Ceramics, Painting and more, with opportunities to compete in national ACSI art shows. Along with our middle school students, high schoolers are also able to showcase their artwork at our Fine Arts Nights, which we have designed to be worshipful, formal, professional, and excellent, and as an extension of the classroom.
